Lochan Kissoon, of Pittsfield, was sentenced to two years in prison for sexually assaulting a minor in his apartment in June 2021, the Berkshire County District Attorney said.
Kissoon cannot have contact with anyone under the age of 16, and he must register as a sex offender once he's released, authorities said.
